It's coming together after the fire went threw, it will be a beautiful mobilehome park once again, a great location.

Now, this is a very good place to live in just by looking on the outside from the ouside looking in so to speak. This is a controlled environment. And it is very quite and clean. It's smack into Sylmar hills but to me this is a well manage mobile home park. Maybe you can come and visit and stop by the sales office and see what they have available.

lovely location with easy access to beach and 101 freeway in a rural haven, mobile homes ranging from decent to lovely, well kept up, with good communal facilities (pool, fitness, lake, etc) for those who live there, excellent storage for RVs; unfortunately many of the upper level homes were destroyed by the recent fire but reconstruction underway.
