This is the second time we have driven down to Agoura to shop here. Ten years ago and now. Each time we have had professional advice and no hard sell. We recently worked with Michael B who helped us get the right bed after multiple visits. ( we don't make quick decisions!). He made sure everything went smoothly and accommodated our changing decisions as we went along. I cannot say enough good things about this shop and the Michael.

Great place to shop for a mattress. Very friendly and helpful sales staff. Very easy to do business with. Great delivery and setup also. Much better experience than with SitnSleep.
The Sleep Shop in Agoura is the very best sleep shop a person could wish for. We speak from prior experience. Nate is an expert on bedding and is extremely accommodating to his customers in every way possible. Whether it’s a million questions or a problem you may have down the road he will be there to do whatever he can and as expeditiously as possible. This store in rated a strong 5 in every way. Kyle deserves a raise. He was very polite, listened to my needs and wants and price bracket. Once I found 2 possibilities, he immediately went to see if they were at the warehouse as another company had not followed through on promise. Unfortunately neither could be delivered until 8/12 and the air mattress I'm sleeping on keeps deflating during the night. Thus I needed mattress asap. Not his fault that I ended up at a competitor who could deliver 8/5. I will definitely recommend him to others and buy my next mattress from him and it will be a queen size not a twin xl. Again. Give him a raise!
