I have submitted soil samples many times and have always found service to be good. Processing times vary depending on the time of year and the related volume of samples being processed. Samples are either free or 4.00 per box, depending on when they are submitted. I really like the PALS program, which allows you enter the sample information into their system electronically, and print the form to include with you soil samples. This allows you to see your results online.
