I have a large driveway up a huge hill that we needed paved and was extremely happy with the entire project led by the Aikler team. The work was extremely high quality and the field team is trustworthy, efficient and fast. Rates were honest and very low given quality of product. We expanded project midway we were so happy with its progress. Would highly recommend. Tom

Update (Spring 2020): Read below for my 2 star experience. During summer and fall 2019, the previous worker came by a couple times, promising each time to make the drainage better, but never following through. Spring 2020 rolls around, and Aikler doesn't like seeing a 2 star review on their business (as well they shouldn't for a job otherwise very well done). Vinny contacted me, said the guy who did my driveway no longer works there, and they want to correct the issue. He came out, inspected the problem, and suggested a couple options. Within weeks, we had a new drain in our driveway and rain water is now being diverted. Excellent customer service. As promised, I'm upgrading my review. Nice job, Aikler. Thank you! I liked working with Eamon. He was prompt with calls back, and he quoted a fair price for what we wanted done (new driveway Belgian block). At the end of the job, it all looked excellent... until it rained. We got A LOT of rain in spring of 2019. It pooled up near the garage. I called, but he said there was nothing he could/would do (got this response after several calls). I let it drop b/c he was clearly not invested in checking out his work and I had a life to get on with. A couple months later, even more rain. Now it's coming INTO the garage. I've called AND emailed, and no response. At all. I see from another review that he went back to their job and installed a drain. Didn't even offer that for us. It's like I paid my bill in full, and customer service went out the window. This would easily have been a five star review, because it really does LOOK nice. If anything changes as a result of this review, I will gladly upgrade.

update-after 1 1/2 years the company contacted me to address my concerns. most importantly they fired the guy who did my driveway. but i was still left with a 2500 drain that was essentially useless because of the incorrect grade of the job. chris did come out and put in a pipe to connect it to another drain to slightly improve the situation. while i'm still unhappy, i think chris made an effort to make good. he cuts corners. from the get go our job was a mess. used poor quality process, messed up the grade so that the water runs toward the house! he did come back to put in another drain to fix that but it was poorly sealed and cracks are already evident. terrible and expensive experience!
