My AC system failed in January 2020. I received recommendations from my condo neighbors to go with Air America to replace the unit. The technicians arrived on time and are courteous and professional. Job well done. On Feb.26, 2021, I received a reminder from Tilly that the LABOR part of the warranty expired and I could receive a discount off the price of a TEN year contract. Tilly explained the process thoroughly in a courteous, professional and friendly manner. I agreed to the price and completed the transaction. Very good business and staff. Thank you.

we were extremely pleased with air america from the initial quote to the professional installation and have much adoration for the courteous and knowledgeable staff (including jack, donny, leady, and installers). we compared several companies and this one (by far) topped them all!!
Tito, the managing/overseeing technician for the job, was very personable, professional, helpful and technically sound! The installers were very pleasant and careful to leave everything clean and in proper working order at the end of the day. It was a full-day effort to install two AC units! The best recommendation flows from the fact that I have contracted, again, with Air America to install two additional units next week for my other properties! Big props to Tom Martin, my sales rep who exhibited seemingly never-ending patience and problem-solving skills with many dashes of humor sprinkled in! In closing I must mention, Air America's repair technicians have cheerfully and skillfully breathed life into my ancient airconditioner for almost three years! Andy was the BEST AC doctor! Andy sold me on the company first, then Tom, and then Tito and, finally, the installers! Highly recommend AirAmerica!
We have an a maintenance plan and have always had good experiences, but my favorite of all your technicians by far would have to be Nelson. He is always professional, on-time, really seems to love his work and to be a man of integrity. Thank you so much Nelson for making an otherwise chore be such a pleasure!
Air America came in and showed me and explained, methodically, what was wrong with my AC unit. After determining that a new AC unit was needed, they set me up for a quick installation. They were professional especially Leroy who was like a great neighbor and friend. The installation was done really well and maintenance was explained thoroughly. I recommend Air America AC for all your HVAC needs.
