The air duct cleaning team was on time, friendly, efficient and thorough. We had the air ducts of a house we just bought cleaned and sanitized. The lead technician fully explained the process and once it was done gave important insight into the system and what we need to be aware of going forward. He took before and after pictures, which was nice to see as the consumer. They cleaned all 20 vent covers completely, which was no easy task as the previous homeowner smoked for 30 years in the house. There is not a trace of dust or nicotine now. They were done in just about three hours.

We had our air duct and dryer vent cleaning. When they were finished, they gave us a discount since he said our dryer vent really did not need to be cleaned. Talk about honestly! Amazing service from very kind and honest people. They were responsive, communicative, proficient, and kind in every aspect of business we conducted with them. NYC Commercial Air Duct Cleaning team was very friendly and professional. They updated me on the process and showed me pictures of how dirty the air ducts were. They cleaned up their work area with a vacuum and used a tarp in several places to ensure that my house stayed clean. 100% recommended.
The duct cleaning tech was awesome. He is a polite, respectable and professional young man. So much so, I had no issue leaving him home alone while I went to the store. He cleaned my entire return duct system, sanitized and fogged upon completion to prevent mold and pests. He went over and above expectation. Our ducts hadn't been cleaned since we bought our home in 2011. We will be using Flat Rate Air Duct Cleaning again for recommended maintenance cleaning.
