Great customer service they came out same day even during this pandemic in March. Very knowledgeable and respectable and Mike the HVAC technician was great. They are Lennox certified as well I needed some warranty work done and service on a 2017 unit. I would definitely recommend them and would use there services again.

We have been customers of Air Express for YEARS because they are so professional, friendly, cost effective and soooo much more! Over the years, they assisted us in maintaining our original AC/Heating system (a 1998 model) and helped us get the very last bit of life out of it. We knew for sure we would have Air Express replace our old system when it finally died...which it did so last month. True to form, Air Express gave us excellent service and professional help as they installed our brand new AC/Heat System. We are very happy! They brought us up to code and corrected issues that should have been caught during the home inspection! Thank you guys for going the extra mile! Josiah's knowledge was outstanding! All my experiences with each member of Air Express have been phenomenal! From each person I talked to on the phone to the maintenance and communication with the service tech. I enrolled in their yearly maintenance plan and had my AC system checked. Josiah, the tech, went above and beyond to explain each thing he was doing and even found and corrected some issues from the original installers. Because of Josiah my home and the quality of air in my home are much better. If you really want a life changing addition to your home ask about the Reme Halo! Bye bye toxins and Coronavirus! I'm so glad I decided to use Air Express for all my AC & heating needs. I know that I am in good hands and I highly recommend Air Express!
