Great customer and very helpful when it came to finding what worked best for a furnace replacement when I needed to replace mine. They made sure I understood the options available as well as how everything worked which is really great when getting a new system up and running from furnace installation to making sure the new thermostat was working correctly . Took great care in making sure everything fit together and answered any questions I had ensuring that the craftsmanship f the work was something that can last for years without worrying about problems. Will definitely be using their services in the future for any and all other heating and cooling needs that may come up. The two technicians were great guys to get to know and watch as things came together and would definitely be great to have for any future needs that may arise. Loved the work and glad to have it completed and would as well suggest their services to others who may have such needs should they have trouble with their furnaces in the future.

After moving to Fond Du Lac (a new city for me) our furnace went out one cold night. We knew it was going to happen at some point as the unit was 23 years old. Not having friends or family in the area I didn't know who to call. I eventually reached out to AirTech and they immediately got the furnace up and running. Not wanting to wait I put out the request for quotes from 3 companies. I have a complicated system that had 3 zones and I wanted a fourth zone hooked up. AirTech came in with the highest quote but they are who I went with. Ben was excellent at explaining things to me like the features of each component plus he really was listening to me especially with that 4th zone. Everything was detailed on the quote and I knew I was going to get what I wanted. Everyone at AirTech was very professional, courteous and overall fun to talk to. I have to mention one more thing, they went above and beyond to make sure everything looked good. They took the extra time to run some of the new duct work above (in tight working conditions) other duck work. I would highly recommend AirTech for any project, even if they are a bit more expensive it is well worth it.

Always great service and quick...even on weekends! Great job and great products. The 4 is only because we needed a new thermostat and we weren't given any options originally and almost didn't have them do the work. We chose to go with a basic thermostat instead of the expensive one quoted but had to call back to see if there were other less expensive options available for our situation. Luckily...there was and we are very happy to have had Airtech do the work.

We were originally needing someone to get our furnace repaired a few years ago. We contacted several service providers and got no results that were timely and we were cold! We called Shane Rhodes Construction of Waupun, WI and asked if he knew anyone who might help us. He recommended we try Air Tech as they had 24 hour service. A repairman came in a snowstorm and got us warmed up! In the years since, we have bought air conditioning from them and we have called them for additional services needed. They are always here when they say they will be here, they are pleasant and efficient and never leave without completing the task. We highly recommend them.
