I would not recommend this company,due to the pure unprofessional-ism.I had an appointment scheduled through my home warranty company for today.I called Air Xchange to confirm the time.The tech that answered the phone asked "where do I live"I responded"He then says"How far is that from Richmond"I said"about 45 mins to an hour,he said "O no I'm not coming that's too far".Why would you set up an appointment ,and inconvenience someones schedule ,if its too far?????There is a such thing as trip charge.... I only gave 1 star because I couldn't post it with out selecting a star...I wanted to put no stars...
