Have fun going here! Three hour waits are common. Loads not ready are common even with an appointment. If you don't know what to do you will sit in line for three hours for nothing. As soon as you arrive go inside and check to see if your load is ready. After you get to the driveway you will see that you will need to stage on the south side of the docks. There are usually two trucks staged. Just check in asap to avoid the circus!

Good people at service desk. Friendly staff and they have attended me quickly and prompt as well.
Delivered a jet engine. The wait was unreal. My husband couldn't even get someone to speak to him to try to explain that it could not be lifted off but had to be pulled off. So we needed to pull to a dock, which took forever to get a answer. Very very unfriendly staff. Hate doing this run!!!!!!
