Thank you for making my son’s birthday amazing! We had ordered a water slide through a different company and they double booked us. I was devastated. But Air Fun Games literally saved my son’s birthday party! They were so nice and helpful. Very professional too. We will use them again in the future and refer them to all of our friends! Thank you so much!

The unit that I received was a bounce house Spiderman for my son’s birthday, I ask for military discount she said that it would be there for three days. They dropped it off on Saturday and picked it up on Monday morning which is clearly not three days. So they didn’t give any military discount and Amy said your contract states that pick up is on Monday and she said it was underlined and highlighted which that’s not what me and her spoke about on the phone. Three days is Saturday to Sunday Sunday to Monday Monday to Tuesday morning not whenever you guys feel like you want to pick it up. Second of all the unit was completely dirty I had to physically use a spray bottle and clean the whole unit myself and the rag that I had cleaned it with was completely black. Be careful with these companies because obviously there’s no customer service or no customer satisfaction.
Booked 2 months ago w/ a DIFFERENT bounce house place and somehow someway are booking never got scheduled, the party was this Saturday. We didnt find out about not being scheduled until Friday when we could actually get an answer. I called several other places and they were either booked or didnt have any available. I called AirFun and they were able to pull some strings and get us something delivered that same day!! Amy was super nice as was the gentlemen that set the slide up. We will be using this company for future parties!! I could NEVER thank them enough for allowing my kids to have the party they wanted!! :)
I called them on a Friday morning to see if anything was available and Airfun was at my house with in a couple hours. My son was so surprised and happy and had the best weekend ever! I highly recommend Airfungames! They are the best in town! Had no issues the whole weekend.
