We moved into a house that apparently was renting a bottle from Dressel. They kept billing the previous owner even after he had moved out. My husband and I ended up paying all of the late charges because they didn't care to even transfer the names on the account. The previous owner kept giving us the bill with all these later charges. After over 300 given to these people we finally figured that the previous owner never returned their \bottle\. They don't care to investigate or help what so ever. We'll never do business with Dressel again. Giving them 1 star is too much.
