They don’t train their employees who then give out misinformation. I called and talked to Nicole who assured me that I could get a certain type of gas. So I fill out the very personal application form and called Nicole to order the gas. I come to the store a few weeks later to pick it up and I am told they don’t carry that gas and Nicole was new and not trained properly. At this point, it’s 4pm on Friday and I needed it that weekend. So I’m screwed! I will never be an customer of air gas and you shouldn’t either!

The staff here are more than helpfull! They clearly go above and beyond for their customers. I needed to swap a 20# CO2 tank that was out of date, which they accepted with no hassle, and got me a new one very quickly. I will be back for sure!
