My mom was traveling alone when the friend who was going to pick her up at FLL backed out at the last minute. We rolled the dice and found this service online. As it turned out, the driver took great care of my mom: constant contact on the phone, meeting her at baggage claim, and helping with the luggage. The drive home was comfortable, safe, and filled with pleasant conversation. There may be cheaper options out there, but when your 82 year old mom is traveling alone and nervous, the service and attention she received from these guys was worth every penny! Thank you so much gentlemen, for helping us out on this adventure!

I have used them several times and the service has always been excellent. The drivers are polite and helpful and they even had a cord to charge my phone. I plan to use them again for my next trip.
