You are negative, if you don't make a friend right away, something wrong with you.. allow people to stand around and talk and play on phones and wounded why they are behind on production at the end of the month...they are afraid of employees unionizing...

I worked with Exotic for over 4 years before the economy went south. My favorite place to have ever worked. Started at the bottom and worked my way up to a NDT technician. Loved what I did and who I worked with. Management was amazing along with all my supervisors. I hope to one day return to this company. I would still recommend this company to anyone I feel would be an asset.
There are companies that offer better salary within the same industry .EM has the strangest interview process and will low ball your salary. You will be required to pass some written test pertaining to your job which is a huge time sink so be prepared to cancel all dinner plans. They offered me my salary during my initial interview which was strange in my opinion, did a factory tour my follow up interview.
Hands down best company around .i wouldn't want to work manufacturing anywhere else hopefully when the world's balance returns to normal I get called back to work
