I have rented a few items from them over the last couple of years. Everything worked well and everyone has been helpful. They are very reasonable people to do business with... example. I recently rented a tow behind auger. I was not able to drill my holes because the ground was too hard as it was all clay, wet, and there had been below freezing temps for a 3-4 days. I returned it after about an hour. Filled it with fuel and cleaned it as that is the contract. I even offered to pay for using it as I did in fact use it. She would not accept any payment and gave me a full refund. I will most certainly go to Aitkin Rental for all of my future rental needs!
