I haven't had a bad experience with them before. However this week was just horrible. I called in yesterday to put in an order for a cake for my father's birthday. I looked up online what cakes were available, so I wouldn't have to waste their time. After being on hold for 10 minutes or so, I asked for a mango raspberry cake. The lady kept trying to persuade and insist I get a strawberry cake. I said he had an allergy to strawberries, so that's why I wanted the mango raspberry. Obviously not listening, she insists again I should get the strawberry cake. I again had to say he is allergic to strawberries. So anything with strawberries isn't an option. Then I eventually end up being hung up on when I asked what she said, as I had a lot of background noise around me. So I had to call back just to confirm my order was in. I then came in today to pick up. I stand in line behind 6 people. Then get ignored as they call numbers. I wasn't sure if I had to go get a number, as I was told to just walk up and pick up. So as it gets down to just another customer and myself. They completely ignore we had been standing there, and said not a word to us. So we asked if we needed a number. And they continue to call out a number. So it irked me that it was as we did not exist without a number, although we were the only people around. I understand if that is their protocol, but that could have been said when we were the only ones left. Not sure if it's just weekdays, but the customer service is just horrible. I don't know if I can ever return to this location

I love to come here for there floral department. It's almost like a hidden gem. I have found regardless of what time of year it is, they always have a great selection of unique beautiful and exotic flowers you won't see at your average grocer. When you first walk through the doors you're surrounded by elegant and artistic floral arrangements and designs on both sides. If you soak in the scents and beautiful visuals for a moment you forget you're in a grocery store!!

Love their sushi and hamburgers. Workers are normally pretty friendly. Just a genuine nice place to have lunch.

Their sushi is better than what used to be my favorite Japanese restaurant. I am not sure how they do it. Also, today I had an issue with a food item and Steve Campbell took care of my issue ASAP. Thank you for treating me like a valued customer and reviewing my issue with attention.

New to the area and this was a gem to find! It’s more of an “adult” shopping experience with cute gifts, great wine collection, and perfect little quick bites to eat. Though expensive and small more of a experience than a big shopping haul. Great place to meet friends for coffee or tea or a quick bite with lovely complex seating outside and a few shops to walk around in.

Good place for a higher end shopping experience. Good selection of many items you won't find anywhere else. If you have never been, you should experience it.

Ate at the sushi bar for the first time. I was able to order my sushi wrapped in cucumber without rice. The portion of fish was generous and that single plate was very filling. They don't serve drinks so be sure to bring one or grab one in the cooler section and they will ring it up for you. Did a quick trip around the store for a few grocery items I needed. I was very impressed with everything there today.

I love all the AJs but Dana Point is my FAV!!! BEST coffee in the valley! They finally put a number system at the bakery...awesome! Right now I am having my favorite ceaser salmon salad while listening to LED ZEP Black Dog....omg! Now one of my favorite Jason Aldeen songs is playing. All the employees here are super friendly! Thanks y'all you're the best!
