I love this place. I could spend hours here. A little pricey and is hard when your on a tight budget. Staff is always friendly and willing to help.

I went there for cocoa butter & to try finding Keto snacks/meals for my hubby. I use to shop in there allot but they don't seem to have selection on just regular \Health Store\ items anymore & they are very expensive on common items found at other local grocery stores. Their So (coconut yogurt) was at least a dimr more. Same with other yogurts. Things like Nature's Bakery Fig & pomegranate (& other flavors), Almond milk, supplements, etc all were higher than other Heath stores or major grocery stores. That said, if you don't mind a smaller inventory, paying a little more for stress free shopping & a happy, knowledgeable staff that gladly help you you located things and perhaps want a coffee, cocoa, etc while shopping. This is a very pleasant shopping experience. I did find Sweetwood Fatty Jalapeno smoked meat sticks ( other flavors available) 15 mg fat/2 carbs.

I do really like this store. However, I called them to find out if they carried erythritol. Neither of the two employees that I spoke to, even knew what it was. (“Is that a supplement”). They also didn’t carry it. So I called walmart. The person in grocery knew exactly what it was (“I’m not sure we carry pure erythritol, but we do carry some blends”). Wow.

I love AKiN's! As someone with special dietary needs, it's great to have a store nearby that has a great selection of foods in a variety of cuisines. Add in the extensive line of supplements and it's a one-stop shop for my needs. The AKiN's brand of supplements are extremely affordable and the quality is just as high and reliable as the top name brands. And the vegetarian and vegan foods are great because they carry ormal\ food, not just really niche foods (I don't understand why other stores don't carry things like veggie pot pies and vegan mayo that tastes like normal mayo, etc.).
