I highly suggest taking a look at the reviews about Akrochem in indeed and Glassdoor before working Here. One star isn’t low enough for how Incompetent the Human Resources department is and Incompetence spreads to everything the HR department has contact with. The HR department can’t even verify past employment properly but that’s not shocking when the department is made up of 2 ppl that have zero education, training, experience or knowledge. Well other then a google. Read any HR job description and these ppl have none of that! Other then just working at the company. They tell employees to apply for FMLA like their trying to help them but counts employees are fired before they get the chance. Their turn over rate says it’s all. It’s a shame that there’s a stigma an employee or ex-employee gets when suing a company for wrong doings Or this place would have loads
