Me and three friends have rented with Braymor for 2 years now and Jack has been a great landlord. Anytime something comes up it is handled right away.
Predatory landlord. Jack will take money from your security deposit even though you cleaned the house thoroughly because he knows you will do nothing about it. He's a lawyer and knows that he can take advantage of college students because most of us are broke and desperate. Takes them forever for them to repair anything. Oh and the people that are giving this place one star are correct about baiting his tenants to write good reviews and he is sloppy with keeping track with who he is paying rent. I always took pictures of my checks and sent them to him so he couldn't screw me over. I recommend you do the same if you are currently leasing from him. Varsity rentals at least gave me my full deposit back.
Jack is a great guy. He truly cares about his tenants! Always answers any questions or concerns that my roommates or myself have.
Braymor Housing has been very accommodating to me during my time as a tenant. If any issue were to arise, it was dealt with immediately and with quality. I recommend their service to anybody. Grateful for all the awesome experiences I gained by renting through Braymor!
