If 2020 wasn't difficult enough, imagine my dismay to have my computer crash! I thought ALL of my files, photos, etc. were backed up only to discover that they weren't!! Emmanuel went above and beyond to recover ALL of my data. He spent hours researching how to retrieve my genealogy software and files (20 years worth!). He kept me informed of the status of my laptop and his progress. I can't recommend him enough! Do NOT hesitate to contact him for any and all computer problems you may encounter.
