Best CSL around by far! The staff is amazing, and it just flows better than other plasma centers.

I was in the middle of being screened and an employee I've never seen before asked me if I have been around weed. I said no yet they put me on a deferral anyway. Despite other people being in the vicinity and no further inspection I found it extremely discriminatory and humiliating. Personally, I think a private drug screen would suffice instead of one individual's accusation. Additionally, the employee actually screening me said he couldn't smell anything because he was sick so now you have actively ill workers during a pandemic. I will be looking at other places.
I absolutely love this location. Very nice and friendly staff clean and spacious. I have been donating for a couple of years now I needed the money to support my family and now I return just because it feels great to help. Think about it if you or some one you loved needed plasma on the daily. I would hope anybody and everybody who is able to donate. Very little people who can acually do. We create more plasma everyday so take a little time out of your day and donate something your body produces with no problem.
I wouldnt recommend CSL plasma, after the new donor fee they really don't pay you that much and their bonuses are not that good, for those reasons alone I'm giving CSL two stars. Octopharma and Telecrest is better imo.
They are good caring people I donate there twice a week
