Explained I needed a block window because I had water in my basement. Was told would be out after 4pm that day. I waited until 6:45pm..no show. I called and left a voice message. No return call. I guess if you have 5 widows or more you will get a quick response..only need one widow? I guess I'll start replacing it myself even though I'm pushing 70..

Akron Glass Block replaced our basement windows about about 12 years ago or so. Just searched them online to get garage window replaced with glass block because we were so happy with how the basement turned out. The owner was knowledgeable, professional, seemed to care about what he does and was helpful in selecting the right product for us.
