Brought truck for A/C diagnostic and repair Friday 06-19-2020(a/c works on and off)told them don't want spend to much money on it. Monday morning they called me and asked for two more extra hours to look into it I thougt they look only one hour and that's why they ask for 2 more extra hours and I say ok. Monday about 4:30 PM they call me and they said they didn't fix it yet but would continue tomorrow. Told them that's it put everything back together and I'll be there tomorrow morning to pick up my truck that's when the guy name ken said they had about 9 hours in labor(which is a lie)thanks to ELD you can see when they move truck which was about 10 AM Monday mourning and their closing time is 5 PM. Tuesday morning after i paid my bill and getting ready to leave CEL came on with 3 different codes I let Manager know about this and he said they would look into it and fix it. Wednesday morning Manager called me and ask me to come to shop to show me something. After I arrived he showed me truck on one side and my hood on the other side. After I asked what happen he said it happens(they broke my hood) and blamed it was broken before(after my truck sit in their shop for 4 days opening and closing hood for few days). He said if I buy hood somewhere else he will put on for free and handle me bill for CEL codes I asked what is this he said it is for fixing the CEL codes. Paid about 1000 for their mistakes and out of work ever since. After I pick up truck went back twice to fix engine fan(runs all time)and engine brakes left truck till next day they did fix it this time at no charge. I replaced hood somewhere else for 1800 hundred. STAY AWAY SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Started talking with Paul Misch couple days ago about trading in my F150 for a newer model. Did not think I would drive out with a brand new 2020 F150 with all the accessories. What a nice truck. Very professional and courteous. Super friendly didnt take long to start servicing us and they have a drivers lounge with comfortable seats (massages, reclining, etc.) they brew coffee. I mean they go above here. One of my preferred shops to work with.
