Always want's tips upfront here! I did, but this will be the last time I go here for a year probably, stay away from SHI Shi, she's past the prime, complained I was to tiring, or to muscular to do a deep pressure massage on!

The service was amazing. My wife and myself had a couples massage. Well with the whole covid pandemic we were in separate rooms. So I guess it really wasn't a couples massage. Well we went together at least.
The back massage was OK, but don't think it was even a whole 30 mins. Never again

Awful in Akron. Requested two hour deep tissue at typical rate. The sour bitter worker wanted to negotiate the tip up front. Shouldn't have to but I understand maybe you've been ripped off before. I offered a reasonable tip % for an early weekday massage when no one else is coming in, and she demanded AT LEAST 40%. Also tried to push me down to a one hour...still with 40%. Unless you're cleaning my shoes and painting a nice portrait of me while you prepare a tasty nutritious snack, in addition to the world's best massage - you're not getting 40% from me - especially up front. The outrageous tip demand and pressure for one hour for a whole body makes me think they offer a different kind of massage to what I wanted. Took my money to a different business - better attitude, cleaner facility, better price and no demand for a massive upfront tip. No doubt customers get burnt at Harmony all the time by demands for more money at the end of the massage. Horrible place, just avoid it.
