The food is good and it's what you would expect from a Mexican restaurant in the Mid-West. This is the chicken fajita. They do have a burrito called the Hot and Spicy. There's nothing spicy about it, but it is really good! Give it a try!
When it comes to Mexican food Micasa is as good as most in the surrounding area, large portioned inexpensive meals with great taste and great service. I have been here multiple times and will come back again. My favorite items are any variation of the enchiladas.
We have been going here 1-2 times a month for the last 2 years and we love it. Waiters are neither overly attentive nor neglectful. I saw in some of the reviews that people said the food tasted like soap but I have never experienced this - maybe it was cilantro and they have that genetic predisposition where that herb tastes like soap? Just a guess. Our food and drink orders are always correct. Facility is always clean and employees appearance is clean as well - uniform is in clean condition, hair is orderly - never thought I would appreciate this but I do! There is always room for us to sit and eat here. I am grateful this business is near us :) Thank you Mi Casa!
