2nd Bike from Northern Ohio Ducati and Triumph. Chris was awesome and patient. When I first met him he took time to just chat and get to know what I was looking for and how I got to the area. I had just recently moved and wanted to know where to bring my Ducati Scrambler for service. I stopped back in a few months later and purchased a Ducati Hypermotard from him. Maxine was incredible as well. She hung out while they got the bike ready to go and she helped get my bell swapped over to the new bike. Fast forward to May 2017 and Chris helped me find a Daytona 675. I stopped in a week later and he had it ready to go. As always he was helpful and awesome to work with. It did not feel like working with a salesman but more like a friend. Maxine also stopped out and said hello and was great to see her again. Overall I honestly recommend Northern Ohio Ducati and Triumph highly. I have shopped around at all the Motorcycle shops in the Cleveland to Akron Ohio areas and none were willing to work with me or my trade in's like they were. Hope this review helps someone stop over and have a great experience finding their next new or used bike @ Northern Ohio.

Place was great when they were open... Rode 2 hours only to find that they are permanently closed. No indication with website still up and phone still being active. No announcement to the customer. Kind of a big FU if you ask me

I stopped by today (Sept 16th, 2019) to check to see if NO Ducati is really "permanently closed." There are signs saying just that and for sale/lease signs in the windows. Bummer. This was a great bike dealership and I am sorry to see them go.

This is the best place to do business with, period! I have never been treated this well at a car, or motorcycle dealership in my life. In my 45 years, I've bought about 10 new cars and 4 motorcycles. This is the only place that has made me feel like they want me to come back to them in the future. The service is outstanding! Carl and Kevin are great to deal with. Chase was great, too. Thanks for everything. The place is very clean, professional, and a pleasure to visit. Plenty of bikes and accessories at great prices. This is how all businesses should be run. If want to buy a Ducati or Triumph, please go to this this place. You won't be sorry.

Been meaning to write this for some time. But, I'd like to thank Chris, Craig, and Shawn (Shaun, Sean sorry there's like 50 ways to spell it) for all the help they've given me this passed year with my bike and gear. They put it up for storage and did a bunch of work on it and it runs better than ever. Like last year even on a 70 degree day I couldn't start it without full choke, multiple attempts, then let it idle for like 5 minutes. Now, at 50 degrees with no choke I can take off immediately with only one start attempt. Hooray carb rebuild! Plus no wobble at high speeds because of the replaced wheel bearing, tires etc. They also helped me pick out a new helmet, and jacket which I love and were very patient in helping me pick it all out. Call me crazy but I like the fact my jacket matches the color of my bike, and now that the leather is broken in it fits great. But the entire time they were all pleasent, very helpful, and super respectful. Not once did I feel like I was being talked down to like at other car or motorcycle dealers or like I was being upsold. Now sure its an dealership so you may pay a little more for service than some backyard bike mechanic, but Ill tell you the value and treatment I got from these guys was well worth it, plus I prefer supporting a local business and knowing the job was done right. So thank you all so much, and happy riding season when it stops raining. Stay safe out there!

I bought a Triumph Bonneville from this place and I couldn't have had a better experience! Chris was great to deal with and their service dept. goes out of their way to make sure I'm taken care of any time I need them. This is a top-notch dealership that I would recommend to anyone without any hesitation.
