I agree with the mask wearing practice, its unsafe and the management here is terrible. They treat their employees like garbage and we have seen it first hand. There is no disciplinary action taken against these managers. Every time we come in, there is always a new face at the register. The managers are always sitting up in their offices and the floor is always a mess. When you are searching for something they always have to bring it out of the air. Also, Where is your customer service phone number like a regular institution. You need to take action in regards to these complaints not say you are doing it. If you were doing something about we would see a change in your store. Your managers pictures are up on the wall. Dan and Chris.

This place does not enforce mask wearing. In my last 2 visits alone, I saw a total of 9 customers not wearing masks. When I asked the cashier why they don’t enforce the mask policies mandated by state and local governments, she said she wishes that they would, but the manager won’t do it. She then asked if I would please say something to the manager. When I asked the manager, he said he doesn’t enforce masks because someone might have a health issue. When I tried to ask a follow up, he turned around and walked away. From the top down, the staff has been directed not to question or enforce mask compliance with customers.
I visit restaurant depot Akron Ohio and visit restroom very dirty no toilet tissue paper any dispenser no shop not not clean any sink toilet and sink. Everywhere on floor toilets tissue paper I never see like this health department needs visit this place I have video to you like to see this
The owner of this facility is the upmost professional that I have met in this type of business,he is a true Pilar of the community, with outstanding morals.Other business owners could take a few pointers from this businessman and follow suit,he is truly a great business owner and I hope that he continues to prosper throughout his career.
This place is awesome I deliver there sometime every week and the staff is great and if you run out of hours to drive they let you park and take a break. I enjoy delivering here.
