This company outsources its customer service to a third party country; it appears to be India. Nothing wrong with this except that the agents or customer care personnel have very poor English and do not follow through on what they assure you they will do. I paid 1,200 over what was charged by the owner of the RV. The owners were great, even excellent, to deal with. They called and emailed and even joined me in a three-way conversation with RV Share. But, no success in resolving the incorrect charges. We spoke to Noel (no last name he said because he is the only Noel working their from Monday to Friday). He was supposed to email us a detailed list of what was charged and what was going to be corrected. He never did. Even after he said that it would be done before the end of the business day that very same day. This was Monday, November 30th. I ended up having to file a dispute with American Express for the overages. I would NEVER use RV Share again and recommend if you do to be very very careful with what you are being charged and use a credit card with great fraud protection. Again, not the owner’s fault - they were lovely people and their RV was impeccable.

Rented a RV and drove from College Station, TX to Taos, NM. Great adventure made possible by the RV and local RV Rental Store found via RVShare. I will definitely look here for my RV for future adventures... the possibilities are endless!
Three days after our trip the owner filed a fraudulent insurance claim for 902 saying we damaged the RV's awning on the right side. Before we got the keys he told us not to use it because it was broken (he said this again on his own explanation video!) I filed a complaint with RV Share but they took my damage deposit without any explanation at all. They claim to have an \arbitration process\ for situations like this, but that's false. Let me be a warning to anyone interested in doing business with RV Share. There are many alternative sites to find a great RV to rent - this site only looks out for the owners and will leave you with a phony damage charge.
Rented a class c RV through RV Shares for a ten day trip. As a past owner of a class c we were pleased completely with the unit we rented. I was not impressed with communication with the RV Share company. The on line communications were never answered and the call to a live person was not pleasing. The person seemed to not care about my concerns and gave answers that did not address my problem. The way you handle the deposits seems sketchy at best. When we rent again rest assured it will not be through RV Shares. Your charges for insurance for 10 days was more than I paid yearly as an owner. Oh and no one would say what company the coverage if any was through.
RVShare was great. No issues. Quick to answer questions and even helped us navigate some issues with payment without complaint or extra charges or issues. FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! We would do it again when the opportunity arises.
