Terrible service they had some new trainer work on me I was sitting there for 2 hours even though I had an appointment and place to be! She messed up my finger test and my blood was spilling everywhere so I just left. The one lady had a terrible attitude with me and has a attitude with me every time. Also the prices keep on getting lower and lower it was supposed to be 55 but I went down to 45 a few weeks ago and now I only received 43 dollars ???? I sit there for at least an hour and receive less than I think I should. Terrible place and I will be moving to a different donation center don’t go to grifols plasma bank you will be greatly disappointed!

Awful place stop going for 9 yrs to go back and told I have wait for \documents\ to donate as new donor even if I am in the system and ha e tax forms to confirm identity. Inconvenience the donor after they met your company requirements for i.d. all the way up to management, don't suggest try other 2 centers in city.
Was told that a new client gets 100 each for the first 4 times and the 5th time is 125. Went for the 3rd time and was only given 75. Very upset was liking this place but if this isn't fixed I won't be back.
Wish i could give 0 stars for how they ripped me off.. Use to love this place but they played their hand wrong
