Service was great :) I ordered the banana peppers stuffed with chicken. It comes with amazing garlic toast that is just delicious! The fries are homemade and have a slight crunch which is great overall almost perfect experience. Oh just a fair warning, the banana peppers stuffed with chicken is very spicy. But if you like spicy foods, you'll love it. It is also large servings so you get a bang for your buck.

I'm originally from the Akron area, have always loved the upper deck. I was visiting from Arizona met some friends and family here. The deck was huge, drinks, and shots were great. Love the vibe, and atmosphere here. Wish I could had tried the food. Next time. Service was good except their was a bit of confusion between the young women of who was serving us. I ended up with 3 separate bills, 1 from the bartender never went to the bar, she came to us, 2nd from one girl and 3rd from another. Could have just been a shift change but other than that I'll be back for sure!
The service was absolutely awful, the food was subpar and when we split our checks they wrang them completely wrong, charging both orders to one card and the one of them to the other. It was highly visible that you only get good service here if you're a regular.
Food was very tasty. I had double dipped fries and a cheese steak.
It's a decent bar. It's on Portage Lakes so it has that aspect. All the drinks we got were decent. Pricing was average. They had a band that was actually pretty good and played a variety of different music. I could see hanging out there occasionally.
