I'm accustomed to 45 minute, one guy, in&out carpet cleaners. AkroSteam sent two experienced guys and they were here for nearly 4 hours. I was kept informed of each of the processes they were doing. It was more like a spa treatment for your floors than a typical quickie cleaning. Carpets now look several years younger. The tile & grout cleaning work made the 20 year old ceramic look like new. Everything smells clean versus perfumed, and, carpets were dry sooner than expected. Not cheap, but, you truly get what you pay for.

Akrosteam was one of the best things we did for the home we just moved into. The carpets were perfect and the whole house smelled clean when they were done. Chris was easy to communicate with, prompt, and professional. The crew was professional and efficient, called me to check in, and locked my house up when they were done. Very trustworthy and reliable people. No, it is not cheap, but this kind of quality work is an investment. Spend the money.
