We went to dinner one night and it was a very busy night but we made reservations ahead of time for four people. It took us 20 minutes for a server to even notice us though. Thats when he dropped the tea at our table and that was the last time we ever saw him. We sat there for over an hour and we realize that they only paid attention to larger parties and not everyone else and the host clearly saw us motion to her but ignored as well. we decided to leave since we were being ignored. And there was so much chaos because they kept doing online orders and not shutting down their systems and serving the people in the restaurant. And I think that was their hold up because they had so many outside orders and we’re not able to keep up with the people in the restaurant. line of people were outside waiting for their food and they were also waiting about an hour even though they were told a specific time to come pick up their food. And it look like they only had one server as well. I think they need to rethink their concepts. I will not be going back. When we left only the host said we are sorry. And instantly cleaned the table for another group of people that were probably going to be ignored as long as we were. Such a shame since I’ve been there a couple times prior and their food is pretty good. But good service and good food should come hand-in-hand

I have been here 3 times now with my family and the food and service here are always outstanding! We love this place and their delicious food. The atmosphere here is wonderful, the food is always top notch and exceptionally creative. The staff is always kind and we are always attended to throughout our meal to make sure everything is good. If you come here, you must try their soup dumplings and some of their very own homemade sesame seed ice cream which will blow your mind!
*Disclaimer* (Not a review of the food but of the their pettiness) My girlfriend and I attempted to use their parking lot because the tipsy moose was full and there were plenty of spaces. I parked and began to walk next door when a women came out and rudely told us that we couldn't park there and that we'd be towed. If they were full or busy obviously I'd understand but you'd think that during a pandemic where small local businesses are hurting for money that another small local business would be willing to share their space.
The best Shanghai Restaurant in the capital region. The servers are knowledgeable, friendly and very attentive. The owners are awesome and take food seriously. Very authentic and fresh. One of the better dining experiences I've had up here. This is a must go!
It's a much better experience if you dine in, they got Lazy Susans on the bigger tables and such a diverse menu (sea cucumbers and jellyfish... where else do you get such a thing)?? Traditional, authentic, and humble restaurant, need to go here more.
