I went in to get my iPhone screen fixed, she told me it would take 20 minutes it ended up taking her an hour. When she finally finished she showed me the phone and the new screen was bent. I pointed this out to her and she said oh that’s okay just put a case on it. Then went home and realized no sound was coming out of the phone and i couldn’t call. So i went back the next day. She said “can you go walk around or something i don’t like when you stay in here” so i left. She then asked to keep my phone till the next day. I get it back and my matte black iPhone had a white screen on it now with the battery DROPPING fast. I asked for a refund or atleast half my money back and they refused. I told them I’m out of a phone because they messed it up. She told me to just buy a new one. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Did not use their services so I cannot comment on work. I just needed a new back put on my phone and they was going to charge 69.95 and I was providing the replacement back. Seemed a bit high to me. I'll go somewhere else.
They have Not called me back after several attempts to find out the status of the repairs I took 2 computers in there over 2 weeks ago. I'm going in and getting them back to take elsewhere. I recommend you stay away from this place.
Super sweet and was willing to fixed my moms phone that day. Only took about 30 minutes to repair. The home button wouldn’t work after I got back home and we brought back up here and she fixed that for free! She talked with us throughly and told us what to do if it happened again. Prices are cheap but the quality is amazing! Will be using them whenever I need a repair!
