They'll reasonably bargain down on a lot of things, but jewelry is NOT one of them. Back to the cabinet to gather dust the items went. Just too many pawnshops in the RGV that WILL negotiate. Ciao.

I had pink headphones dre and another silver addition at San Juan pawn shop. So I went to pay an extension in Alamo and employee put my money towards the one in San Juan which I stop earlier to go give payment on my own in San Juan. Then I come back to take them out before my due date and employee states I already took them out. I took San Juan out why would I go take them out in Alamo. The employee made the error not me and I lost my pink headphones. Manager tries to look for another one like mine and then never gets back to me. I feel sad in losing my pink headphones.

They are such a rip off. They do not tell you all the details of the transaction. This is the year 2018; people use debit cards as much or more than cash. I pawned an item to help with a family emergency and I returned sooner than they asked to repay the loan. They still charged full interest which was ridiculous. But they didn’t take my debit card. I was forced to pay an atm fee to pull money out. They made me wait before I was even helped while they commented on the music playing on the radio. I’ve never pawned anything before so you’d think they would say I needed to bring the paperwork they filled out when I returned; nope. That was left at home so I was charged 6 extra for not bringing it. Why the hell did they bother to ask for my ID if the paperwork is that necessary? It isn’t; it’s just a way to scam more money from customers. Never doing business here again.
