On top of the 18 license fee(for a standard driver's license), they charge 35 because it's a private office. Also got another 35 charge on top of that because my license was out of state. And a 2 covid fee.

Expensive place to get stuff done at. Cost me 120 to get my motorcycle permit. But the employees are effective. Josh is a very efficient and patient staff member. He tries to help as many people as he can.

Was in and out faster than in and out. The long appointment wait time was well worth it. FYI, there is a 31 fee per transaction. So, if you are taking care of multiple items, well that's 31 multiple times, just so u know. They do accept walk ins. Just will be worked in between appointment times. It seemed less of a hassle going here than going to the actual MVD "bring this, bring that, no, we need this, also bring this" just saying, seemed like I was back home, where it is simple taking care of MVD needs. I would recommend anyone to schedule an appointment here and pay the fee. Well worth it. Quick, calm and professional people here.

Greatest idea of all time! Minimal wait times, friendly staff. Fees are higher than the State MVD, but it's well worth it!

In the begining, 7 trips to the main office, each time a new document required to get a NM licence changed from a VALID licence issued in another state. Not to mention they were not at all nice about it. As well as an hour or more wait each time I was there. Covid hit, everything shut down. THEN over a year later I took all the documents I had been told to take and went to the MVD Express. No line, no wait, was greeted cheerfully. There was a little additional "convince fee", but I cheerfully paid that extra fee just because of the quick and respectful treatment. Excellent service. Highly recommend going to the time and stress saver MVD EXPRESS on White Sands in Alamogordo.
