I took my animals in for a booster shot after I got them their first ones somewhere else. They had us wait outside and called their patients in one by one. It was very organized and I felt safe working with them during my visit. I had took in my two dogs and two cats and even though it was a bit of a hassle walking in and out every time it made it a safer environment for everyone involved.

Our family pet went there with an early appointment for the AM, a simple non evasive procedure , our pet had not ate or drank water for 12 hours as instructed, she did not get started on till 3pm, put on anesthesia, Well she passed away under their supervision, she was a healthy young doggy, and my father's best friend and companion, we are left all alone, because that doctor should have contacted us and told us the procedure could not be done in the morning as was the appointment. Poor little baby no water or food. No one cared about our little baby. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone!!!

Ok so I'm sure this is a great place but if a place is going to charge as much as this place you would think they would be more compassionate and handle your pets with care right? I know times are crazy right now but I didn't even get to say goodbye before the stray dog I had rescued was just taken out of my car and then I was asked immediately how they were getting paid. A little positive bedside manner goes a long way..
