I have appeared 3 times on a non-legitamate charge, and they are requesting a 4th appearance with no progress. The DA said she emailed my attorney the day of my last appearance and still nothing. That was a month ago, and my next appearance is in three days. I feel like the DA is violating my rights to a speedy trial at this point, and I'm losing wages every time, since I have to take off of work. Also I saw the DA arguing with law enforcement outside of my employer. I guess she became an attorney because she likes to argue.
