We had a wonderful experience with Alarm New England, particularly with technician Brian R. He was on site early, resolved our problem within 10 minutes, and then took it upon himself to repair an intercom/door unlocking box that had been out of service for 6 months. He could have easily fixed the assigned issue and left. I am absolutely thrilled with the level of care we received. His extra effort saves me from having to get up and open the door 20x/day!

I deal with a lot of different residential Alarm Companies in my line of work. They all have their /-. Alarm New England always has more pluses than negatives when it comes to dealing with our high end clients. Service department has been willing to help via phone on numerous occasions and are always very well informed on the equipment installed.
Customer service was excellent, transparent, very helpful, and took the extra time to make sure that they got it all right. Working with them was a very positive experience.
Do it yourself; do it for less! Residential buyers be ware... when I signed the 3 year deal, I was assured it was \all standard language\ and they had zero flexibility. Service was mediocre (except Connie!) and expensive any time you need any actual onsite help. They techs would come and not be able to solve the issue, usually blaming it on \bad RF in the house\. As if that wasn't enough, when I moved they had me pay \liquidated damages\ for the remainder of the contract. enough though I had supplied most of the hardware on install. If you do choose to hire this mediocre \pros\ I would strongly suggest ensure you have a move out clause or you will be paying the remainder of you contract out of pocket!
Steven is great. He has come out late on 2 occasions for me to rekey my houses locks.
