I've never had a bad experience flying with Alaska. They have always been helpful and polite. They put me at ease every time I fly with them - from check in to the curb at my destination. I am disabled and in need of extra assistance and they have always stepped up to make sure I have everything I need.

I needed help with covid testing and they have no interest in helping. We needed a gate pass to do covid testing a day before flight buy they don't issue them for that.

These guys were extremely helpful. Had a booking issue where I had inadvertantly booked for the wrong day. They were able to make last minute accommodations without any complications. As a plus, I'm 6'5" and the plane had plenty of legroom. Gives JetBlu a run for its money. Had never flown Alaska before, but these guys definitely earned my future patronage.

Gate service was good. Flight was enjoyable. I usually don't enjoy flying on 737s because they are loud, however Alaska's good customer service and friendly employees make it worthwhile. I've flown Alaska a few times out of SLC and never had any serious delays.

Worst Gate Agent service I have dealt with in years. Incompetent and I don’t feel safe traveling Alaska Air from SLC to SEA! I will only fly Delta from now on, to and from SLC, Utah to SEA, WA.

Lazyest airline workers i have ever had the miss fortune to deal with. We were 3rd in line and we waited 20 minutes or more. With yhe occasional lazy worker strolling back and fouth aimlessly. How these people have jobs is behond me. I can only hope they weren't the best they could find.
