I was delivering a sizable boat to Sitka and had a concern about the Yamaha motor on the boat's tender. Being more of a diesel captain a couple decades out of date on my outboard knowledge I was pretty much at the mercy of these guys and their willingness to shoot straight with me. A few minutes into dealing with them I knew I was at the right place. They stayed late, saved me a ton of money because I was headed the wrong direction with my diagnoses and got me exactly what I needed. Really great to luck into these guys. They are now my go to outboard shop in SE Alaska.
