John was amazing. He was able to get my piano's sticky keys cleaned up and working perfectly! He is professional and patient with my questions and concerns. Provided answers for me without hesitation. He explained the work he was doing and he worked.

Dan and Christy at Alaska Piano Services are the best you will find at what they do. I acquired my grandmother's antique Steinway piano and Dan's level of experience with Steinways made me feel very much at ease. Dan was always on time and professional, as well as providing precise and careful work on my piano. When it came time for us to move to the lower 48, Dan and Christy made what seemed an overwhelming task of getting the piano down there so easy for me. Dan was able to prepare my piano for the move in a way that it was fully protected and that is a result of his years of experience.
