Asian guy was pretty rude when my family and I came. He Didn’t even greet us. I spent a great amount of money and I expected the service to be a little better. The other 2 gentlemen we very helpful and kind. They made us feel comfortable. My family had a great time besides all of that so I hope to return soon.

We took the Boy Scout Troop 386 here. The boys had a great time! The tunnels were a hit! They loved crawling around in the interconnected tunnels. The zip line is short, but a lot of fun none the less. The boys were never bored at any moment. This place isn't that big, but they make the most out of the space they have. I was expecting it to smell like a workout gym, but I was pleasantly surprised. It actually smelled very nice. There is a large variety of walls to climb for different skill levels. The staff was friendly and made the training very easy.

Staff took the time to properly instruct and make sure we felt safe. Female employee even took the time after her shift to take my daughter into the cave system when I couldn't. Cant wait to go back. Three harnesses and shoe rental firms about 30.
