Because of rushing to get some auto repair done to my truck to get back to work I over looked a simple thing that put me in an even worse bind. Having called around searching for help and running into dead ends I called these folks and was told to bring part in to look at anyways. Spoke to the most rudest person and then proceeded to tell me it was none of my business for asking a question about pricing, then proceeded to tell me that people have to be over charged for other businesses to make a living and that if I didn’t like not knowing how much things cost then to call someone else. Worst professionalism I’ve ever dealt with over the phone.
