Food and drinks absolutely amazing. Fresh juices and ingredients in cocktails. Staff and service are very personable and our experience could not be better. We will be regulars here from now on. Can't say enough good things. Highly recommend!!

We wanted to like this place but sadly that didn’t happen. Service was dismal at best. Table not cleared before entrees, 15 minute wait between a wine order. The food was cold on arrival so it sat which makes sense since we never saw our server. The front of the house was in complete disarray. The topper was seeing a mans bare behind while he sat at the bar in his hung down pants.
Gave it a 5 star review 2 years ago. Today, (2/20/21) 1 star. We waited 15 minutes for our reserved table. Service was abysmal. We had to ask for bread, as it was never offered to us. Never had our server offer to refill our drinks...we sat there thirsty. Food portions were small. Our 18 dollar appetizer had 3 pieces of shrimp and 2 scallops! I ordered a full breast of chicken with my penne pasta, and they gave me 3 little bits of chicken mixed in. No apologies from our waiter. He didn't even know he was poor...Food taste was good, but not even close to other local fancy Italian restaurants. Go to Grappa '72 instead

Nicole’s did an amazing job catering our backyard wedding in Albany in October 2020. We put our small wedding together in a span of several weeks (we could not hold our wedding at our planned venue due to Covid) and from the start Kate at Nicole’s was 100% responsive and professional, helping us every step of the way when we called or emailed questions. The night of our wedding their staff was thoroughly prepared and made sure our 15 guests had a great time. The appetizers, main course and dessert were fantastic. We would highly recommend them for any event you need catered.
