When it first opened I was pleasantly surprised. Service was great, food was fresh and I recommended this place to many colleagues and friends. The food quality has taken a significant plunge, to the point that it’s pretty much inedible. The place is always packed, which I don’t understand at this point, specifically after ordering hibachi takeout yesterday. It was absolutely disgusting. It didn’t taste like any hibachi I’ve ever had. It had a very strange taste, and the kicker was the hair in the side of unidentifiable sauce they put on the side. I won’t make this mistake again, and I’m posting this in hopes that they will get their act together. They are severely understaffed, which I believe is one of the main reasons for the decline. All in all I am really disappointed as I had high hopes for a decent place to eat near my job.
Most dishes I've tried here are delicious. The service is extremely friendly and the wait isn't that long except for right at lunch time. I am disappointed only in the steak hibachi. The cut of meat is extremely tough and hard to chew. I would pay a bit more for a better cut of meat.
This place is a great addition to downtown. I have only gotten the sushi but they have all kinds of yummy food. Price is on point too. Check them out.
