Accessibility is good, though if you are mobility impaired and don't use a wheelchair, it can be a long walk depending on the parking garage you use. Elevators and door controls worked properly when I went to the vaccine clinic.

We come here every year for the fireworks and it's amazing we love it it's family-friendly and a nice show.
Went for my first COVID shot last week. DOH and TU Center did a great job.
With needing accessibility for my husband in a wheelchair to minimize length of walk from parking garage into the venue and to an accessible section inside the arena, I made 2-3 calls to a number found online that addresses accessibility questions. I received excellent info on what level to park on in the garage that would allow me access to a bridge that brings you right into arena. They had my tickets at a remote site near where we would enter the center and had assistance finding our section. All in all, their direction made it very easy to get to the concert in a venue we had never visited before. Call and make arrangements ahead of time for accessibility needs. They were very accommodating.
Plenty of parking options and easy to navigate, this venue is hear due to its size and layout. Concession prices are out of control but that's more of an issue with the vendors. Proctors are always helpful and nice. Bathrooms seems to be in good repair and clean most of the time. Plenty of places locally to grab something to eat and drink as well.
