Disappointed with the level of service they offer today. There is no competition, so I have no choice but to use them, but they don’t work for the customer anymore. I used to like this company, but I guess it’s true, competition creates better business. And lack thereof...

Plan on buying a back up generator if your power is provided by them. I have lived in a city serviced by them since December of 2015 and have experienced more outages in a 3 year time span than I have my previous 41 years living in other communities. Some outages are due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances and I understand that, but I often lose service on days when the weather is fine. Have had 3 or 4 outages in the last 2 months and only one was during inclement weather. If I had any other choice for a power provider in my community, I would choose them regardless of the cost.
