I won an bid for a hockey jersey 12/01/19, paid for the item and shipping in full. Today as I write this review 1/28/20 I still have not received the item. I have emailed and left 3 messages, now the voicemail is full with no follow up from the seller. This item was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Very disappointing experience, I am not one to review or complain but 2 months to ship a jersey is not good. Update: After posting this review, I did get a call from the Auction House and during the holidays things slipped through the cracks. I have always thought a real reflection on companies is how they handle problems if and when they come up. With that said I am really happy how things were handled and I have the jersey. I would purchase from them again.

Auction house is by far the best auction i have ever sold with wonderful experience got great money pays very fast and very trustworthy i cant say enough good about james and maria they treated me like a king the only one auction i would recommend to anyone

I sold some items with the auction house and on one item I got paid less than the last bid was. James told me the buyer passed away and the bid went to the next highest bid. The problem I have with this is that he only revieled this when I asked about it. I feel he should have told me this before I ask about it.

Auction house does a great job the advertising and pictures for the online auction was outstanding even the small items james and staff took the time on each piece as if they were all very highend also paid out quickly if you can rate an auction all around 1 to 10 10 being best i would give an 11 you will not find a better all around auction
