Worst customer service multiple times. Manager doesn't take care of issues. Return policy is very odd. If you don't have a receipt you can only get exact item...if they don't have your size too bad. They won't help and get you the product. You can't get in store credit. Very very unfriendly and so slow. Not sure how they are in business. Not worth shopping there. You don't have a receipt they treat you like a criminal. Corporate says that's their policy. I will shop elsewhere.

Always nice staff! Always able to get the best deals here! There Credit Card is really worth it you earn crazy rewards and easy peasy money! I also like how you can come back in a few weeks for new options! Always keeping a good variety in stock!

Worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. They are inconpetent and shouldn't be doing the job their doing. Was on the phone for over an hour and received no satisfaction!! Closed my account!! Feel better already!

Nice clothes, clean and easy access. HOWEVER, I waited in a line of 1 for at least 20 minutes. The staff seemed oblivious to the amount of time it was taking them to check out the person in front of them .Sure they were friendly but a little less chatting and more concentration on the task at hand would have moved things along. I finally just left with out my selection of items. There were 2 employees at the registers. Each only serviced one person in the entire time I was waiting. I will not be returning. My time is worth more than the amount I was saving by shopping their sale!

The store can seem crowded at times and racks are close together. But super great deals! Cute stuff. Comfy stuff. Uniforms.
